Butter

Butter is a great all-rounder. It can be used for stewing, seasoning and baking, as well as on its own as a classic spread.  As well as butter for cooking, our range includes half-fat butter, extra-spreadable butter and clarified butter. Blended butter products are a brilliant combination of the best of butter with beneficial plant oils.

Margarine

Our range of margarine products includes classics for roasting, frying and baking, as well for spreading generously on bread. They are also suitable for people who are lactose intolerant as they don’t contain any dairy ingredients and are, instead, made from pure plant oils. Extra-light and purely vegan varieties, together with options for those with high cholesterol, complete the range.

Both the animal-fat and plant-based vegan varieties are ideal for roasting, baking, stewing and frying. Plant oil is rich in vitamin E and essential fatty acids that the body is unable to produce itself. All of our semi-processed products are either free from tropical oils or made from sustainable palm oil. Our semi-processed range includes butter, baking margarine and shortening products, as well as special products, such as various creams.

As the centre of expertise for vegan cheese alternatives within M-Industry, the Mibelle Group continually develops cheese substitutes, such as the grated variety made from lupins and the products in the vegan V-Love range.
