The Mibelle Group has a unique business model. Customers can benefit from our extensive expertise in a wide range of areas - be it private label, contract manufacturing or the development of active ingredients for the cosmetics and nutraceutical industries. We have also successfully established our own brands on the market. Thanks to this presence in Europe, the United States and the Asia-Pacific region, we have a deep understanding of the international markets.
In my opinion, however, a decisive strength of the Mibelle Group lies in our flexibility and our ability to adapt quickly to new market requirements. This ability to change has always been crucial and is now more important than ever.
The Mibelle Group is currently facing its biggest change to date: the search for a new owner. How is the company handling this change?
More than anything it is a question of attitude, of seeing change as an opportunity. We don't just want to react to change, we want to anticipate it and play an active role in shaping it. We see transformation as a continuous process. As part of Migros, the Mibelle Group has reinvented itself time and again since it was founded. And now it's time for the next big step. We are looking for a new owner who can continue to support our global growth, and I am very much looking forward to the new opportunities this will open up for us.
For employees, such a change can also be a challenge. What is the Mibelle Group doing to accompany them in the best possible way?
Ultimately, it is the people who support a change process and enable a company to develop successfully. This requires a company culture in which every employee feels jointly responsible for the success of the company and is eager to contribute proactively.
This is only possible if there is open and direct communication. It is very important to me to treat our employees with the greatest possible transparency. Managers also play a key role in creating an environment of trust in which creativity and courage are promoted. It is therefore important to provide them with the appropriate means and tools.
We are a much more global team today than we were a few years ago and are focused on working together even more as one strong team across all parts of the world. Primarily it is about breaking down silos and offering development opportunities to our employees.
How does the Mibelle Group manage not to lose sight of the needs and expectations of its customers in the process?
The aim of all our activities is to continue to inspire our customers with unique products and solutions now and also in the future. We maintain a close, regular exchange with our customers and have even intensified this contact against the backdrop of the ongoing sales process. Thanks to this good cooperation, we are constantly finding new ways to develop something extraordinary together with them. We are very proud of these trusting partnerships that we have been able to build up over the years.
What is your personal wish for the future of the Mibelle Group?
My wish for the Mibelle Group is that we can reach and make even more customers happy with our unique products in the future. I also hope that we will make even greater use of the diverse skills and global reach that we have built up in recent years. All the changes we have made in the past have only been successful thanks to the people in our company. This also applies to the transformation we are now undergoing. I therefore hope that our employees will continue to drive the Mibelle Group forward with the same strong commitment so that we remain successful in the future.
