Excellent leadership is one way through which we want to ensure that we truly utilise the strengths, skills and expertise of our different teams. “We firmly believe that everyone deserves to have a great leader and that all employees should be able to tap into their leadership potential”, highlights Peter Müller, CEO of the Mibelle Group. One initiative is a comprehensive leadership development programme that was launched in 2024. Senta Gruskovnjak, Head of People & Organisational Development at the Mibelle Group, leads the programme: “Over a period of 30 weeks, our leaders are given the opportunity to strengthen their leadership skills with regular sessions in a larger group and subsequently apply the new knowledge directly in their day-to-day work with their teams. They work on vision and strategy, they learn how to foster an environment of high trust, and how to improve their coaching and feedback skills”, she explains. Because it should start at the top, the members of the Executive Group Management Team were the first to complete the programme, followed by the top 200 leaders of the Mibelle Group from all sites. “It is great to see how engaged and committed all the participants are to invest their time in continuous learning and development”, adds Senta.

A next cohort of Mibelle Group leaders is therefore already scheduled to start the development programme in spring of 2025, to continue our leadership journey.
