The future strategic focus of the Migros-Group will concentrate on their local core supermarket business in Switzerland. The Mibelle Group, for its part, has successfully grown globally, and going forward we intend to continue this strategy of international growth. We are convinced that with a new owner, whose strategic ambition matches ours, we will be able to pursue our goals with even more focus and success into the future. The identification and careful evaluation of any new owner will take some time.
This announcement of the search for a new owner has no impact on the employees, customers and partners of the Mibelle Group. We are continuing all our existing activities as before in order to continue to produce and deliver the best products and services.
