The new plant-based Camembert alternative “The Softy” has arrived!

With immediate effect the long-awaited Camembert replacement, “The Softy” is available under the V-Love brand. Made with 58% cashew nuts, it has a creamy, slightly nutty taste. The Softy looks deceptively like real Camembert because of the classic white mould coating.

This alternative soft cheese is perfect for a versatile cheeseboard, or tastes wonderful in a sandwich.

The product undergoes a laborious manufacturing process as, after 10 days’ ripening, each individual piece is packed by hand before it is ready for delivery.

The Softy will not only appeal to vegans. Its superb quality also makes it a delicacy for all flexitarians, or those who occasionally want to avoid animal-based milk products.
